Our focus is residential property management in Fayetteville Arkansas. We’ve lived in Fayetteville for nearly 20 years and know first-hand the benefits and the challenges of rental property.

We can also help you evaluate whether renting or selling is your best option. We represent a number of investors who may be interested in your property in its current condition. Steve is a licensed real estate broker and can sell your property or help you purchase additional properties if desired.

We handle every aspect of property management including advertising, tenant screening, leasing and all tenant related issues.

While we are always respectful of tenants, our primary interest is protecting the interests of our clients, the property owners. We employ rigorous tenant screening to prevent problems on the front end, and hold tenants to the terms of the lease they agreed to.

We use technology to keep you informed and are happy to send prospective client’s a video inspection of their property if needed. You don’t need to travel to Fayetteville to see the condition of your property.
We perform move-in and move-out video inspections and post them to Youtube for your access so we both have an accurate picture of your property’s condition.

All your documents and all activities associated with your properties are easily accessed on our web site, including monthly statements showing income and expenses, leases, and work orders. We deposit funds into our owner’s bank accounts every month.
